College can be both an exciting and stressful time for students. In some cases, students enter their programs with preconceived notions of what undergraduate or graduate education is like. Envisioning their academic experience may be even more difficult as students return to campus from online and hybrid learning environments. To help students be successful, it’s important to understand what they expect from their program and to communicate what the program expects from them.
